With no agreements so far on Paul’s funeral, Billy suggests to Bernie they choose the flowers together, which results in another argument.
Later, Bernie tells Dev that whlst she might not be able to give Paul the funeral she would have liked, she’ll find a fitting place to bury his ashes.

Meanwhile, an emotional Billy prepares for the funeral on what would have been his and Paul’s first wedding anniversary and he's horrified at the church to find a drunken Denny skulking in the shadows and orders him to behave and keep out of sight.
As Todd, Summer, Kit, David, Chesney and Dee-Dee carry Paul’s coffin down the aisle, Bernie and Gemma follow behind. And when Billy steps forward to conduct the service, will everything go to plan?
As the finishing touches are put to Paul’s memorial rave on the street, with bunting and glow sticks, Bernie asks Todd to bring Paul’s ashes so she can give him the best spot on the dance floor.
Hungover, Billy is shocked to visit the undertakers for Paul’s ashes only to discover Bernie already has them.
Thanking the party goers for giving Paul a night to remember, Bernie reveals her plans to send his ashes into space!
