Paul suffers another fall after refusing to use a wheelchair in Corrie

But will anyone be around to help him?

After receiving a letter offering an appointment with the palliative nurse, Paul tries to make light of it. But Billy worries that he’s bottling up his feelings.

Meanwhile, discussing it with Shelly, Paul realises just how ill he’s become.

As Paul struggles to walk, Billy suggests he tries the wheelchair, but Paul still refuses. After clocking Bertie's new tablet, Paul is suspicious and catches Bernie red-handed, sorting a load of electronic goods, addressed to Shelly. And Bernie explains she’s simply trying to make some money to buy all the kit that he’s going to need.

Telling Billy all about Bernie's scam, Paul says that although she means well, he’s going to speak to Shelly and put a stop to it.

But as Paul heads for Shelley’s flat, he trips and falls. Crying out for help, Paul realises there’s no one around.
