After Avani steals a top from her stall, Penny comes to blows with Ravi and later vents to Chelsea in The Vic about her work prospects.
Having heard about her previous promotional work, Chelsea asks Penny to run a night at Peggy’s.
Later, when Phil catches Chelsea drinking on the job he demotes her and Penny seizes the opportunity to steal her bar manager role.
When she learns about Penny’s action, Chelsea is devastated and pleads with Phil to get her job back.
