When Walter tells Toby that one of his ex-con parishioners ‘Phillip Baker’, has been spotted with his “teenage daughter”, he freaks out.

He tells Walter that ‘Philip’ is Cleo’s former abuser, ‘Pete Buchanan’, and he doesn’t have a daughter and tells Walter that he’s going to stop him.

When Walter urges Toby to not tell Cleo, believing she’s better off not knowing, will he tell Cleo the truth?

With Pete back, Toby is left wondering what his next course of action should be.
