Peter found unconscious after refusing Daniel's lifeline in Corrie

But will he listen to Ken?

Returning from Scotland, Peter explains how he hasn't touched a drop of alcohol but he receives some bad news at the hospital later, his liver function hasn't improved.

When Daniel offers to be his liver donor - his way of saying thank you for him being there for him Sinead died - Peter instructs Adam to draw up an ‘Advance Decision to Refuse Treatment’ declaration, insisting he isn’t deserving of a transplant.

But when Ken hears from Adam about the document, he tells Peter to consider Daniel's offer and not throw his life away. Not happy that he told Ken, Peter rails at Adam, declaring it's his life and he'll die on his own terms.

Awash with guilt, Adam reveals to Carla Peter's plans to refuse a transplant and when she later catches him taking a swig from a bottle at the Rovers, she reaches her wit's end and pleads with Peter to reconsider.

Stealing a bottle of whisky from the bar, Peter knocks it back as Carla begs him to stop as Jenny tells Peter to find somewhere else to live, realising that living in a pub isn't helping.

On the condition that he stops drinking, Ken tells Peter he can move back in. Turning his offer down, Peter heads out whilst Tracy assures Ken that he'll come to his senses. Fretting over Peter, Ken wishes he'd never given him an ultimatum.

Slumped against a wall in the ginnel, Peter knocks back whisky and is later found unconscious by Steve who shouts for Ken to come quickly.

With Peter upstairs in bed, Dr Gaddas explains that he’s suffering from hypothermia and needs warmth and rest. But much to Ken's horror, Peter refuses to rest and heads out.
