Putting Ian on a new fitness regime, Cindy sends him to the Boxing Den with Peter. But when Peter leaves to see Lauren, he leaves Junior to train Ian.

Later, when Cindy and Junior arrive at No.45 with an injured Ian, Cindy orders Junior to leave. After playing up his symptoms, Ian corroborates Junior's story and heads to the Boxing Den to apologise.

After a heated encounter, Cindy heads home to seduce Ian.
