Has Alfie's plan to cheer Kat up backfired?

Alfie grows concerned after seeing footage from Bert and Ernie’s school project and can see Kat upset.


Trying to lift Kat’s spirits, Alfie secretly plans a Benidorm-themed party inspired by a happy holiday memory, but the family question why he hasn’t addressed the footage directly with Kat. However, they're all quickly distracted by his surprise outside, which leaves Kat moved.


Meanwhile, despite her determination to handle things alone, Penny reluctantly accepts support as she and Vinny prepare for the baby’s arrival. However, her guilt deepens when Vinny enlists Harry’s help.


And Eve and Suki are devastated to learn that Ria’s mother could potentially be looking to seek custody, and the stress of the situation leads to tensions between Suki and Vinny over Penny and the baby.



The Square descends into chaos as residents enjoy Alfie’s party until a community officer shuts it down and threatens Alfie and Kat with a fine. As Alfie tries to calm Kat down, their conversation is interrupted when Ria is injured.


Concerned about the impact it could have on the potential custody case, Suki threatens legal action, prompting Kat to storm off.
