Rose opens up to Kitty about questioning their gender identity in Hollyoaks

How long before they open up to Diane?

FOR WEEK COMMENCING 4TH MARCH

Dee Dee confronts Kitty after finding an ID in her bag with an unfamiliar name on it, but Rose tells her it’s normal for people transitioning to experiment with names.

As Rose quizzes her on her transitioning story, Kitty admits her father walked out on her at 14 because of it. Sensing that Rose is holding something back, Kitty tries to get her to open up, until Diane interrupts them.

Later, in In heartfelt scenes, Rose tells Kitty they are questioning their gender identity and Rose admits to Diane there’s something they need to tell her but doesn’t want anyone else to know yet.

Later, Kitty and Beau laugh about the love notes they received and agree on a drink together when they have time.

Rushing to get home to Rose, Diane runs a red light which is seen by passing by police. When they catch up to her she asks Tony to say he was driving as she had wine at lunch.

After Diane is arrested for driving over the limit, Tony steps in to protect his wife, and he too is put in cuffs.

Following a night in the cells, things are tense between Tony and Diane and the councillor worries what will happen if the public found out.

Meanwhile, Dee Dee agrees to cut Rose’s hair and a feuding Tony and Diane are shocked when they see Rose’s new haircut.
