Ross is hellbent on keeping Vicki in Walford in EastEnders

But will his plan to stop them returning home work?

Ahead of the funeral, Sharon and Vicki are distraught as they try to compose themselves. Worried for Vicki, Ross decides to go to the service to support her, even though Sharon thinks it's a bad idea, given Alfie's anger towards him.

Trying to put things right with Sharon, Ross apologises for upsetting Alfie, but she makes it clear that she won't be won over by smooth talking.

After taking a mysterious call, Ross makes it his mission to convince Vicki that they should stay in Walford longer than planned.

Despite Vicki booking flights home, Ross is hellbent on keeping her in Walford. But when he fails to convince her directly, Ross tries to manipulate Ian into persuading Vicki they should stick around. Insinuating that it's Mark Jnr, not Vicky, who needs to step up for grieving Michelle.

Later, Vicki gets a call from Michelle and it looks like Ross's plan has worked.
