But why is Debbie so keen for her to sell up?
When Debbie makes out she is a high-flyer and is due in town for a work meeting, Abi gets suspicious and as she spots her heading into the bistro, she confronts Debbie about her bogus job in front of Kevin.
Turning on the waterworks, Debbie reveals she's lost everything and is living off money she borrowed from a friend. And Kevin assures her that she's welcome to stay as long as she likes.
In a bid to make it up to Debbie, Abi pours her a glass of wine and talks her through all her failed relationships. When she mentions what a nasty piece of work Ray Crosby turned out to be, Debbie’s intrigued.
Debbie suggests throwing a garden party when Sally reveals that Faye’s new boyfriend is coming round. As they await his arrival, Geoff carries his boogie box into the garden at No.6 and does his best to spoil their party.
Furious, Tim is egged on by Debbie and picks up the ice bucket and drenches his Dad. Calling at No.6, Debbie tells Geoff how Sally’s been slagging him off. Satisfied with her meddling, Debbie returns to No.4 as a horrified Sally and Tim find Geoff wielding a spade.
Pushing Sally and Tim to the edge, Debbie tells Sally how she couldn't put up with living next door to someone like Geoff. This leads Sally to tell Tim that she's putting No.4 up for sale. And when Abi catches wind of Sally's plan, she's concerned.
Revealing that they've been offered the full asking price for No.4, Debbie urges Sally to accept it.
Meanwhile, after being dumped by text, Faye pours her heart out to Craig.
