Secrets explode ahead of Ste and Rex’s wedding as Ro threatens to expose the truth in Hollyoaks

Armed with the secret that Ste has cheated on Rex, lovelorn teenager Ro doesn’t think their wedding should go ahead. But will he put a stop to it? And Diane confides in Tony over her fears that Ro is bottling up his emotions again.

Meanwhile, a comment from Rex leaves Leela wondering if he knows about Ste’s affair. And Ste extends a wedding invitation to Jack’s daughter Beth and her family, unaware of the ongoing feud with the Osbornes.

After a conversation with Kathleen-Angel about looking out for friends, Ro is inspired to tell Rex what he heard last night. And it's panic stations for Ste when Leela tells him her suspicions that Rex knows that he’s slept with James.

At the garage, Ro goes to tell Rex the truth, but is stopped in his tracks and chooses to drown his sorrows at The Hutch.

As Ste and Rex host a pre-wedding dinner at The Dog. Nancy shares stolen glances at her struggling friend Diane, and Ste is convinced that his bubbly husband-to-be doesn’t know anything.

With everyone huddled up near the fireplace, Darren plays guitar in a lovely moment, until Ro bursts through the doors wanting to protect Rex and stop the wedding!

With secrets out in the open, Ste and Rex's wedding day arrives, but can they move forward? At home, Ste tells Leela that he’s going to make sure the wedding goes ahead, and he needs her help.

At the wedding, Ste frets, hoping that Rex will turn up, and Tony praises Ro for being brave.
