In the cab office, an upbeat Steve tells Tim that he’s had three matches since he joined the new dating site Abi recommended and later in the café, shows Abi and Kevin a picture of Maggie, a potential date. But when Kevin makes sexist remarks, Abi storms out in a huff.
Later, a delighted Steve tells Tim that Maggie has agreed to meet him for lunch in the Bistro. Is Steve’s luck finally changing?
As he nervously meets up with internet date Carole in the Rovers, Steve is thrown to discover she’s brought three friends with her.
Refusing to take no for an answer, Aurora invites Tim to join them but when Sally spots Tim in the pub with a drunken woman, giggling like a school boy, how will she react?
Later on in the week, a downbeat Steve tells Amy he’s had enough of dating apps, but he quickly changes his tune when he sees a message from Demi.
As he prepares for his date, Steve tells Amy that he’s convinced Demi’s the one and they hit it off immediately when they meet in The Rovers.
