Teddy promises to support Barney if he wants to get to know Zack in EastEnders

But will Nicola feel the same?

Nicola and Teddy are concerned when they find out Barney failed a chemistry exam due to the stress. And Nicola hits upon the idea of resurrecting their family ‘Half Christmas’ tradition, where they celebrate in June, hoping it’ll cheer Barney up. But Harry is scathing.

Later, Zack is floored when Harry invites him along, lying that Barney wants him there. As Nicola goes all out to decorate, Teddy delivers some brutal home truths causing her to trash the room as Barney and Harry arrive.

Having fixed the mess she made, Nicola is ready to welcome the guests for their party. And as Billy and Honey try to get into the spirit, there’s a shock when Zack arrives.

Harry is gleeful as Nicola throws Zack out, but Teddy rushes after Barney. During a deep conversation, Teddy promises to support Barney if he wants to get to know Zack.

Later on in the week, as Nicola and Barney have a meal at Walford East, a run-in with Zack causes more drama and that night, at Harry’s Barn, Nicola and George bond over their breakups.
