How will Chelsea react when she finds out what he's done?

Moving into No.20, an upset Chelsea is forced to leave No.1 behind and Denise vows to help her rebuild her life.
However, they are unaware that No.1 has new owners. Teddy has bought it as a place for him and the boys to start again.
When Teddy reveals to Billy and Honey that he's bought No.1, they fill him in on Gray killing both Tina and Chantelle in the house. But Teddy is unfazed and a clueless Harry makes a tactless remark to furious Chelsea. And Teddy is forced to march him round to No.20 to apologise.
Later, Teddy reminds Harry of the trouble they've left behind and that they need to make friends.
After suggesting they host a housewarming party Teddy starts inviting their new neighbours and even manages to get Kim and Chelsea on side with his charm offensive.
At the party, Chelsea is stunned when Teddy reveals he insisted on an last-minute clause in his deal to buy Gray's house.
Meanwhile, Harry sidles up to Teddy and tells him that 'you know who' has been sniffing around their old place to find out where they've moved to. But Teddy insists he's got everything under control.
