When supportive dad Tony tells Ro that he's signed up for the village Pride committee, Carter, listening in, berates his decision and after Ro confides in Kitty about Carter’s harsh misgendering, the barmaid confronts him.
Later, Carter’s objectives with Ro becomes clear and Kitty looks like she’s seen a ghost when she spots Declan.
With things tense at The Dog, Ro doesn't want to school and an emotional Kitty tries to keep out of Tony and Diane’s way on the day of Tony’s licensing appeal.
As an emotional Kitty tries to leave Hollyoaks, Freddie helps her and at the garage, as she sobs, she reveals that she has to run away. Both of them unaware that someone is watching.
Later, Carter tutors Ro and introduces Declan Hawthorne as a school inspector and Tony and Diane clash over Ro going to Pride. But is Ro in danger with Declan?
Meanwhile, having kept his fling with Kitty a secret from Lizzie, his love life is about to get very complicated as Kitty’s feelings appear to be growing, as do Lizzie’s!
When Freddie’s bed-hopping catches up with him, he is awkwardly confronted by Kitty, Lizzie and Marie at the Loft as they propose becoming a throuple with Freddie! What will he say?
