The news comes ahead of series one launching on Sunday.

TLC has announced that ahead of the launch of Unacceptable this Sunday, a second series of the panel show fronted by Ed Gamble, with Richard Ayoade and Joanne McNally as team captains, will return for an extended second series this November, including a Christmas special.

Unacceptable sees two teams of comedians battle to win over a live studio audience with bold, outrageous and brilliantly questionable opinions.

Guests during series one include Maisie Adam, Guz Khan, Joel Dommett, Katherine Ryan, Tom Davis and Romesh Ranganathan, who executive produces for Ranga Bee Productions.

Also appearing in series one are Alex Brooker, Lou Sanders, Kiell Smith-Bynoe, Sarah Keyworth, Fatiha El-Ghorri, Rhys James, Suzi Ruffell, Harriet Kemsley, Chris McCausland, Geoff Norcott, Lucy Beaumont, Ivo Graham, Jessica Knappett, Roisin Conaty, Sophie Willan, Catherine Bohart and Vittorio Angelone.

The format includes a live ‘swingometer’ to track the audience’s changing opinion, challenges to put the comedians’ arguments to the test, and a ‘stitch up round’ where comedians must defend unseen opinions written by the opposing team.

Unacceptable launches Sunday 5th July at 9pm on TLC, returning in November
