Can the couple move forward despite wanting different things?
Whilst Tom finds it hard to hide his excitement over the pregnancy, Yazz discovers Steph cutting up pictures she shouts at the youngster. Later, as she tries to tell Tom her true feelings about the baby, Steph interrupts to apologise and show Yazz that she only cut the photo so she could put a picture of Juliet in a locket.
Together, the three of them go to give the locket to Peri, but when Yazz goes to get them, she is left nauseous at the smell of the stew from the kitchen. Putting his foot in it, Tom accidentally reveals to Peri that Yazz is pregnant.
Once Tom has been kicked out, Peri asks Yazz how she feels and things take an unexpected turn when Yazz doubles over in pain on the floor in her husband’s arms and is rushed to hospital.
When Yazz is rushed into surgery, Tom finds himself in a frenzy as he awaits news on his wife and their unborn child. Later, Maxine finds Tom outside who tells her what has happened and she goes to reassure Yazz.
Once back home and out of the hospital, Yazz worries that she might lose her husband over their different desires when it comes to a future family. But when Tom reassures her, what will the future hold for the couple?
