It's been announced that EastEnders is working closely with SOFT UK and Antenatal Results and Choices on a new story which will see Whitney Dean and Zack Hudson’s baby diagnosed with Edwards’ Syndrome. This is so that they can accurately reflect and raise awareness of Edwards’ Syndrome, whilst sensitively portraying the tough decisions that prospective parents are faced with following a diagnosis.
EastEnders continues Mondays to Thursdays at 7.30pm on BBC One
