Can the two ever make amends?
The news about Luke’s clinical trial is bittersweet as the company accepts him but demands a £30,000 down payment. As Cindy seeks advice from Misbah, she's told to hold off on raising the cash until she’s found out if the trial is legit.
But after some advice from Tony, the wife-to-be decide to ignore Misbah’s concerns and turns to him for help. To raise money for Luke's trial, Tony comes up with an 'ice-bucket' style challenge involving spoonfuls of mustard.
However, things backfire on them as Luke makes a purchase for an expensive holiday with the proceeds.
As Cindy scrambles to fix Luke’s mistake, the stress makes her and Zara turn on each other. Forced to address the village to save her campaign, Zara throws Cindy under the bus in the process. Can things ever be mended between them?
Elsewhere, Ollie takes on a new film project, hoping that discussions about the past and watching old tapes will help with Luke’s dementia. As he begins to lose hope that Luke will stay focused for long enough, can he find another way to make it work?
And Luke disappoints Ollie as he sets his sights on Tony as his best man. But as the stag-do will take Tony out of the country on the holiday he’s using against Zara in the election, will he compromise his integrity for his best friend?
