Aaron has a big decision to make as Robert returns to the village in Emmerdale

But how will John react to finding out about Robron’s recent kiss?

When Aaron tells Victoria that he’s decided not to visit Robert in prison, she understands and agrees to go and visit him alone.

Returning later, Aaron is left feeling awful when Victoria describes the state she found Robert in. She’s devastated that she doesn’t know how to help her brother. Will guilty Aaron change his mind and risk putting his new marriage on the line?

In the prison waiting room, Robert tells Aaron he still loves him but Aaron is adamant that John is the right man for him. Devastated, Robert agrees to leave Aaron alone.

Realising where Aaron has gone, at the prison, Robert tells John that if their father was alive he’d have wanted nothing to do with him and Robert puts the boot in, revealing he and Aaron kissed on his wedding day.

Furious, John is left ready to explodes and tells Robert he has no idea what he’s capable of. With Robert convinced John is hiding something, John’s left feeling like he’s losing control as Robert vows to return to the village.

Later, Aaron and John are shocked when a newly released Robert enters, declaring that he's come back to spend some time with his family and that they'll be seeing a lot more of him.

And Vic warns Robert that he needs to face up to his prison trauma before it sends him on a one way trip back to prison.
