The next day, Chas encourages Aaron to go on a kayaking session with Ben, but when Aaron turns up for the session, Ben is incredulous. When Aaron asks if there is a problem, Ben tells Aaron he must have a short memory and storms away leaving Aaron flummoxed.
Later, when Ben reveals that Aaron used to bully him at school for being gay, Aaron suddenly remembers. Feeling ashamed, Aaron tells Victoria and soon tries his best to fix things between then, apologising for the hurt he caused him at school.
With another date rearranged, Aaron hopes this could be the start of something special.
