When Nancy has an MS relapse at school, Dee Dee springs into action and calls for Abigail to help. And later at the hospital, Nancy is restless and is visited by new friend Abigail, who brings her a gift basket.

Later, Abigail turns cold towards Dee Dee, and with Dee Dee nervous to face Abigail again, newly appointed teacher Abigail gets Dee Dee to read out a chapter in English class.
