April is left shaken by Celia's warning after being questioned by the police in Emmerdale

Is April's life in danger?

 15-21 NOVEMBER

In the police interview room, April makes a difficult phone call as she tells someone she needs their help. Later, in the Café, Celia’s annoyed to hear that April’s been arrested and gives Ray a warning.

Bob arrives at the police station as a terrified April protests that the police have made a mistake. Whilst in the Woolpack, Dylan’s concerned to realise that no one’s heard from April.

At the police station, April is interviewed about the drugs found and stonewalls the officer’s questions. When DS Clarke asks if she’s being exploited, April looks vulnerable as she contemplates confessing all.

Unsettled by the April he saw in the police interview, Bob is left in a dilemma as April threatens to never speak to him again if he doesn’t keep her arrest a secret from Marlon.

Arriving back in the village with a weary Bob, April finds Ray and Celia waiting for her, and after apologetically updating them on the police interview, Celia tells Ray that April’s life depends on the outcome of the police’s inquiries.

The next day, April lies about her absence from Ivy’s birthday to her dad, and when Bob tells her that he feels it’s his duty to come clean to Marlon, Celia steps in and assures him April’s arrest is minor, but covers her frustration when Bob’s determined to tell Marlon.

When alone with Celia, April’s shaken when she warns her she’s used up her last chance.

Emmerdale continues Mondays to Fridays at 7.30pm on ITV1 with first look episodes available from 7am on ITVX
