Collaring Ethan in the Woolie, Mack asks him about Noah’s chances in court. Overhearing their conversation, Kerry argues with Charity about Noah and is thrown out.

Pleased to see Noah outside the pub, Charity is quickly hurt when he continues to blame her for his woes. When Mack steps in to defend Charity, Noah is thrown as Charity takes Mack's side and sticks up for herself.

Despite sending Noah away, Charity is heartbroken to see a resigned Noah head off alone and wonders if she's done the right thing.

At Wishing Well, Noah is grateful to Belle for her support but as they leave for court, Belle is disappointed by his refusal to pick up his stuff from Charity's, claiming not to have a mum anymore.

With Charity determined to put on a brave face ahead of Noah’s sentencing, Sarah is gutted to be constantly overshadowed by Noah and his problems as her birthday is forgotten.

Outside of the Village Hall, Amelia wishes Noah well in court but he’s too distracted to engage in conversation and Charity is devastated to witness her son leave the village looking so lost and alone.

As she enters the court, Charity spots Noah's reaction to her arrival and regrets coming. As the sentencing commences, the group anxiously await Noah’s fate.

That evening, Chloe decides to throw Sarah a small birthday. Reflecting on all the chaos in her life, Hitting rock bottom, Charity blames herself and struggles to hold it together when Brenda grills her about Noah.

Deciding to leave the village for good after realising that Charity is too distracted by Noah, Sarah is caught trying to hide her suitcase by Faith who messages Charity. Can broken Charity convince her to stay as struggles to cope with the loss of another child?
