Feeling empowered, Charity confronts her abuser, Todd, at Jacobs Fold, ordering her to leave, but Todd refuses and attempts to goad Charity and threaten legal action.

When Charity demands a confession, Todd threatens to tell Sarah about Leyla and the confrontation escalates, leading Charity to brand Todd a rapist, which someone overhears upon quietly entering.
