Charity's concerned by Cain’s drinking in Emmerdale

Can she convince him to look after his health?

Cain’s unreadable as he returns from his pre-op meeting, quickly hiding a leaflet. Sarah urges him to go to a surgery school for Moira's sake.

But after hearing a member complain about his relationship post-diagnosis, Cain bolts from the meeting, unable to contain his own worries.

When Sam forgets his meeting about the farm machinery, Cain explodes with suppressed rage and storms off. Concerned, Charity follows him home and presses him to explain his behaviour.

Concerned to see him drinking so fast, she urges him to look after his health, but, in a fit of rage, Cain throws the whisky bottle and ends up breaking Zak’s tankard.

After Charity pushes him, Cain finally admits that he’s failing to keep Moira’s old life together whilst she’s in prison.

In a bid to find any distraction from his worries, Cain comes onto her as they reminisce about their relationship. Seeing his turmoil, Charity realises what he’s up to.
