Charity’s secret baby bombshell threatens to tear the family apart in Emmerdale

Will Vanessa help Charity hide the truth?

When Ross overhears Sarah telling Vanessa that Mack has ended things with Charity, he confronts her and asks if Mack left because he found out about their infidelity. Denying his accusations, Charity throws Ross out.

Later, when Vanessa offers Charity her shoulder to cry on, an overwhelmed Charity breaks down and admits that there’s a chance Sarah’s baby isn’t hers. When Vanessa assumes she slept with Mack, not Ross, Charity doesn't correct her

Despite Vanessa urging her to tell her family, Charity remains adamant in keeping the secret and hoping for the best, begs Vanessa to keep her secret as she resolves to live in denial.

As Charity does her best to dispel Ross’ assumptions about the baby, he’s unsure whether to believe her when she claims that she’s had tests done at the hospital in order to confirm the baby’s parentage.

But when Charity refuses to show Ross the results of the test, Ross demands one of his own.

Finding herelf at breaking point, Charity realises she now has yet another problem on her hands.
