How will Naomi feel when Alex leaves?
Failing to convince Naomi to see sense over Alex, Charles admits to Manpreet it's painful to watch Naomi risk her future. She tells him that he needs to give Alex a real chance and only judge him if he lets Naomi down.
After Charles encourages Alex to go for a job interview, Naomi's delighted when he gets it, but when she hears it's in Wales, she despairs.
As an ex-offender, Alex feels he has no choice but to go for it. Before long, Alex has second thoughts about taking it, until Charles talks him round. When Alex leaves, Charles puts his foot in it with Naomi.
