Following those shocking Mother’s Day scenes, in which Warren crashed through the market with Norma and the twins in the car, Cindy was left in a tricky position after realising that she doesn’t have insurance on the business.
This week, Cindy is confronted by a confused Tom about why work hasn’t started on Grand Bazaar. Feeling cornered and unable to keep up with the lies, Cindy confesses that they’re not insured.
Desperate, Cindy comes up with a new plan to get bank manager Alex on side. However, Zara and Grace have doubts that the market owners’ extravagant plans will work out as she hopes.
The next day, the girl’s day Cindy had planned with her bank manager to try win her over into lending her more money ends in disaster when Alex ends up having an allergic reaction to one of the cocktails.
