Taking charge of Walford’s Christmas lights switch-on, Ian asks Cindy to help him prepare for the evening festivities.
After a tryst with Junior, Cindy discovers that Kojo is being woken from his coma soon and arrives at the hospital to see Kojo.
Meanwhile, it becomes clear that Ian has bitten off more than he can chew, and he suffers chest pain at No 45, forcing Kathy to call him an ambulance. And the doctors tell Ian to take it easy, as Kathy tells him that Cindy is to blame for his stress.
Coming clean to Junior about Kojo’s discovery of their affair, Cindy begs him to help keep Kojo quiet and a nervous Junior later chats to Kojo at the hospital.
Back at No.45, despite Kathy's wishes, Ian hides the truth of last night’s events from Cindy.
As things get steamy between Cindy and Junior at his flat, she makes a swift exit after he gives her a gift and Ian is later alarmed to discover a jewellery box in Cindy’s pocket.
