The I Talk Telly Awards are BACK for their 11th year, celebrating another impressive twelve months in television.

Since launching in 2015, the I Talk Telly Awards, created by founder Elliot Gonzalez, have seen almost 2.5 million registered votes.

Voting is now open across 23 categories celebrating programmes and talent in Comedy, Drama, Entertainment, Lifestyle, Factual, and Soaps. This year, the introduction of a new Soap Icon category recognises huge milestone anniversaries for Coronation Street, EastEnders, Hollyoaks, and Neighbours.

Voting closes at 10pm GMT on Saturday 22nd November, with winners set to be announced at 10am GMT on Sunday 7th December and you can vote for free here.

Once again, EastEnders leads this year’s nominations with 14 across Best Soap, Best Soap Newcomer, Best Soap Performance, Best Soap Partnership, Best Villain and Soap Icon, closely followed by Coronation Street with 11, Hollyoaks with 10 and Emmerdale with 9. And Neighbours bows out after 40 years with 3 nominations.

Claudia Winkleman leads this year’s nominations, with six across The Traitors, The Celebrity Traitors and The Piano, closely followed by Netflix’s breakout drama Adolescence, with five nominations across Best New Drama, Best Dramatic Performance and Best Breakthrough for Owen Cooper.

Elsewhere, ITV’s This Morning has four nominations, including a debut Best TV Presenter nomination for Sian Welby. In comedy, Mitchell & Webb Are Not Helping and Mr Bigstuff lead with three nominations each and in entertainment, Strictly Come Dancing, as well as the regular and celebrity versions of Big Brother and The Traitors, lead with three nominations each.

Last year's awards received 200,000 votes, with big winners including Amy Dowden, Ant & Dec, Danny Dyer and Ryan Sampson, David Mitchell, Dermot O’Leary and Alison Hammond, Graham Norton, Richard Gadd, and the Strictly judges. You can watch their acceptance videos here.

As ever, all nominations have been decided by I Talk Telly’s founder, Elliot Gonzalez, and every winner will be decided by the voting public and announced online from 10am on Sunday 7th December.
