Darren resorts to desperate measures to keep his debts at bay in Hollyoaks

With Jack's birthday approaching and money being tight in the Osbourne household, Darren is worried about how he’ll afford to throw his dad a party.
After Tony and Diane come up with a way to help Darren bring in tips and get his mojo back, the plan isn't a success and they offer Darren to host the party at The Dog free of charge.
When a debt collector calls at home looking for Darren, Charlie, not knowing who she is, tells her he's working. But when they arrive at The Dog looking for Darren, Tony and Pearl cover for him.
Confronted by Tony on what's going on, Darren admits to him that things are really bad. Despite running out of time to find the money to cover his debt, Darren doesn't want to open up about it and pushes Tony and Pearl away.
Meanwhile, Jack is blown away by his surprise party at The Dog that Pearl and Darren arranged, but a call from Nancy telling Darren how much the final medical bill is going to cost stirs panic in the already struggling Osbourne.
And a gift from Pearl doesn’t quite go to plan when it’s revealed she mistakenly booked a stripper instead of a tribute act.
