When Ian withdraws his investment, Alfie is desperate for cash and heads to The Arches to find Phil. Spotting Keanu with a wad of cash, Alfie gets thinking before finding Phil and making him an offer.
After securing the cash, Alfie arranges a Slater family meal, but Kat’s joy is short-lived when she receives a text from Alfie to say he’s in trouble.
As the bailiffs take more possessions from the house, things get worse for Mo when the police arrive with some shocking news.
And Kat is stunned when she finds half of a message from Alfie on a post-it note in her bag. As she searches for the other half, Ernie tells her he has eaten it.
Turning the house up and down to find any clues, Kat and Stacey find nothing and Phil is furious when he learns Alfie has done a runner and barges into the Slaters demanding answers.
With Alfie nowhere to be found, Kat is left explaining to the boys that their father has gone away for a while but when she spots the rest of Alfie’s note she rushes upstairs. What will she find out?
