Linda spirals out of control
Hungover, Linda drops Ollie off at school and has a run in with Shelley and asks Chantelle to collect him from school later.
Back on the Square, Linda's humiliated when her card is declined and after learning that Mick is behind it she lets her anger out on Sharon who tries to calm her down.
After picking Ollie up from school, Chantelle spots that Linda is drunk and takes charge of the situation. As Linda explodes, Chantelle leaves and Linda is mortified that Ollie has seen. But things get worse as Linda falls asleep, putting Ollie in terrible danger.
Determined to make Linda face her problems, Shirley gives her information about an addiction support session. But as she approaches the community centre with Mick, Linda spots Stuart and begs Mick to not go. However when Shirley finds out about what happened, she warns Mick that Linda is taking charge.
After eventually attending the support session, Linda breaks down afterwards - much to Shirley's surprise who later urges Mick to prioritise Ollie. Overhearing, Linda turns to drink once more and as Mick tries to stop her she explodes and ruins Ollie’s drawings in the process.
With Linda convinced that Mick and Shirley are plotting against her, she sneaks out to confide in Sharon and apologise for her outburst earlier on in the week - to which Sharon urges Linda to fight for her marriage.
This gives Linda the boost she needs to put things right, but when she arrives home she isn’t prepared for what she finds.
Whitney takes matters into her own hands
After Whitney admits that Leo has her log book, Kat’s mood soon lightens when Jack reveals the police have evidence that could help Kush.
Wracked with guilt, Whitney plans to put things right and takes matters into her own hands, ignoring Tiffany's urges for her to not do anything that puts her in danger.
Karen reveals the truth about Keanu
Curious at Karen’s lack of concern when the police update her about Keanu, Bernadette takes Karen’s phone to leave Keanu a message.
After failing to get any information about Keanu, Bernadette takes her frustrations out on Karen and Billy.
Realising she won’t let it go, Karen makes a risky move – telling Bernadette Keanu’s alive and safe.
Patrick confronts Sheree over her lies
Arriving back from Scotland, Denise soon makes amends with Sheree after meeting Isaac.
However after bonding with Isaac, Patrick grows suspicious of Sheree's lies and decides to confront her. After their confrontation, Sheree decides to open up to Patrick about Isaac,
As they all celebrate Isaac’s new job at Walford High, Denise's interest is piqued when Isaac reveals to her that Sheree’s partners never stick around after meeting him.
Elsewhere
After mentioning Suki's birthday meal to Ash, Vinny gets more than he bargained for when Iqra invites herself along and Suki's true colours show once Iqra leaves.
Daniel enjoys winding Stuart and Rainie up about his funeral plans, but when his doctor reveals he has only weeks to live, the reality of his situation dawns on him.
And as a peace offering, Sharon buys Dennis football tickets and despite playing it down he’s clearly touched, however later on in the week his attitude takes Sharon aback.
