Next week in Emmerdale, Pollard falls unconscious after being hit by Megan as Bear moves in for a kiss with Faith and Jamie Tate arrives in the village making quite the entrance!

As Bear moves in for a kiss with Faith
Bear is more than happy to be a shoulder to cry on for Faith after she moans to him and Chas about Pollard's dismissive behaviour towards her.
Pollard's upset to learn from David about how he has been ignoring Faith and is determined to rectify things but as he heads to the Woolpack he's distracted and knocked down as Megan, running late sends Frank a text from behind the wheel.
As she’s texting, she accidentally crashes into the back of a car, which knocks over Pollard. Unscathed, Megan looks on in horror at the carnage she’s caused with just one text.
As David explains to Pollard how he's been ignoring Faith, Pollard is upset crashes into the back of Jamie’s car. Even as he's taken away in an ambulance Pollard is desperate to see Faith, unaware that Bear has moved in for a kiss with Faith.
Later in hospital Faith, Chas, and David are all terrified when Pollard falls unconscious suddenly and the nurses rush in. All they can do is watch on as he is rushed into surgery.
Jamie Tate arrives in the village
And makes quite the entrance
Kim's delighted when Rhona tells her that Jamie is coming for an interview, whilst Paddy is stunned to learn that Jamie is one of the potential interviewees.
Trying to reassure Paddy and Vanessa, Rhona tells them that he could be an asset to the team and persuades them to give him a chance.
However, they remain unsympathetic when Jamie fails to turn up, and it's left to Rhona to break the news to Kim. But Jamie leaves them a voicemail, apologising for him absence, assuring them he’s still interested in the position.
When he eventually arrives in the village, he arrives with a bang after Megan runs in to his car whilst she is texting, in turn crashing into poor Eric Pollard. Arriving at Home Farm demanding his car keys, Kim plays innocent and offers to help him find them, secretly determined to spend some time with him.
