FIRST LOOK The Apprentice 2026

Meet this year's candidates!

As The Apprentice returns for its landmark 20th series, 20 brand new candidates will be vying for Lord Sugar's £250,000 investment in their business plan, as well his priceless mentorship.

To kick things off in style, for the first time, Lord Sugar’s boardroom will move to Hong Kong after the candidates complete a task in one of the world’s most vibrant trading hubs.

Back alongside his formidable advisors, Baroness Karren Brady CBE and Tim Campbell MBE, Lord Sugar will whittle down the 20 candidates across 12 episodes in a bid to choose the candidate that will receive his life-changing investment. The stakes are high from the outset, and the first task kicks off with a fan-favourite buying challenge.

What follows is a demanding run of tasks that takes the candidates across London and beyond, testing their instincts for branding, selling and negotiation. Viewers can expect to see the candidates create a children’s book, sell live on television and host a corporate away day on the Red Sea in El Gouna, Egypt, before tackling a second helping of the discount buying task on the Isle of Wight.

It all leads to interview week, where the final five face Lord Sugar’s closest associates, their business plans stripped back and examined in detail.

It's time to meet this year's candidates...

Andrea Cooper

Owner, Lettings Agency

Barnsley, South Yorkshire

No stranger to the property game, lettings owner Andrea is hoping she can secure an investment from Lord Sugar to develop a software system which manages short-term accommodation. Can Andrea turn short-term stays into a long-term win?

What is your business plan?

I run a property lettings business and I want to build on that. My business plan is to develop a software system to manage short term accommodation, making it simpler for both landlords and tenants. I’m looking for Lord Sugar’s investment to help achieve my goals and get this idea off the ground.

What makes you a unique candidate?

I am 46, mother of five, grandmother of one and manage and run effectively two businesses in Barnsley. I successfully achieved a midwifery first class honours degree when I was 40, whilst juggling two businesses and running a family. I am hard working, resilient and will give anything a go.

Why do you deserve Lord Sugar's investment?

Lord Sugar is interested in property businesses like me and I feel he will be interested in a business where there is a gap in the market. My proven track record can evidence that I am willing to put my whole into something that will work, and he will not regret taking me on as I am honest, a realist and will say it how it is. No beating around the bush! I have years of life experience behind me which most other candidates lack.

How would those who know you best describe you?

People would describe me as caring, kind, helpful, honest and would do anything for anyone. But crossed once then that’s it, no more chances. I am not a pushover.

Carrington Saunders

Owner, Online Loungewear Business

South East London

Go-getter Carrington is looking to turn comfort into capital and expand her already established loungewear fashion business with the help of Lord Sugar’s investment. Will Lord Sugar be trading his suit and tie for a tracksuit?

What is your business plan?

Expanding my online loungewear fashion business, Cas Collection, into our own app and brand partnership. Loungewear is a huge market and I think I’ve got the talent, motivation and expertise to tap into this. I've already had my business for two years, so my goal is to scale, reach a bigger audience and build a bigger turnover.

What makes you a unique candidate?

I am a unique candidate because my business vastly relies on social media, and Lord Sugar hasn't had a business partner who is enveloped so heavily in social media. My business is already up, running and profitable, Lord Sugar will be entering a new sector of business with me.

Why do you deserve Lord Sugar's investment?

I come from a divorced, household, which taught me early on the value of hard work and resilience. While studying at university, I invested my own money to launch Cas Collection, growing it into a successful business alongside achieving a first class degree. I deeply understand what women want from fashion to feel confident and good in themselves and that mission drives everything I do.

I am extremely hardworking, resilient, and tenacious, and with Lord Sugar’s experience and support, I truly believe we can take this business to the next level and make a lasting difference for my family and the women my brand serves.

How would those who know you best describe you?

They would call me a “go getter”, I don't sit down and wait for an opportunity, I get up and find a way to make greatness out of nothing. I’m not afraid to speak my mind, stand up for what I believe in and take the lead. These are really important skills, not just in business but in life.

Conor Galvin

Owner, Photobooth Business

Cork, Ireland

Conor is ready to take photobooths to a whole new world. From vintage newspapers to comic book lands, Conor is hoping he can capture Lord Sugar’s interest and snap up his investment.

What is your business plan?

Extra! Extra! Read all about Press Print Paper. A photobooth with a storytelling twist, turning a simple snapshot into a personalised keepsake. After working with some of the biggest household names, my plan is to expand by setting up hubs in London, Manchester and Birmingham.

With Press Print Paper, every photo becomes its own story and every event guest becomes the cover star. Whether it’s a vintage newspaper, a comic book cover, a wanted poster, an art deco print or a circus- themed design, I want to bring storytelling into weddings, birthdays and corporate events, creating fun, unique and memorable prints that people will still smile at years later.

What makes you a unique candidate?

What makes me unique is the road I took to get here. I went to university to study medicine, dropped out twice, and even after graduating in law and business, I still wasn’t sure what direction I was meant to go in. Building my business changed that. It gave me confidence, purpose and a place where my energy and creativity finally made sense.

I’m not a traditional corporate candidate, and I’m not trying to be. My work is fun and original, but behind it I’m someone who bounces back fast, thinks creatively and isn’t afraid to show personality.

Why do you deserve Lord Sugar's investment?

I’m from a small village in rural Ireland, and I’ve gone from that to working with major multinational companies across Europe. My business is proven, but to expand properly with hubs and a clear growth strategy, I know I need guidance.

My biggest challenge will be getting Lord Sugar to see me as a serious candidate. There’s a duality to what I do: the business is fun and light-hearted, but behind it I’m constantly learning the tougher side of strategy, structure and scaling. If Lord Sugar can look past the novelty and see the substance, I know this can grow.

How would those who know you best describe you?

People who know me best would say I’m full of energy, ideas and enthusiasm. I’m fond of a good game, I love jumping into challenges, and I tend to keep things light even when the pressure is on. I don’t take myself too seriously, but I take my work seriously and I switch on quickly when it matters. My friends will probably have a giggle when they hear I’m going into the process. They’ll say I’ll be fired first and that they’ll see me home soon enough… but behind the jokes they would reason that I’m capable, determined and always up for giving something my all.

Dan Miller

Owner, Student Recruitment Company

Richmond, London

Self-starter Dan is the owner of a thriving student recruitment company and is looking to take his business to the next level with Lord Sugar’s investment. Much like himself, Dan is hoping that Lord Sugar will invest in the youth.

What is your business plan?

I have a student recruitment company called Young Professionals that specifically helps students in school and university secure opportunities with companies via their apprenticeship, graduate and work experience programmes.

We work with some of the world’s biggest companies such as PwC, Goldman Sachs and Linklaters looking after their early careers attraction and marketing campaigns for their early career roles.

What makes you a unique candidate?

I started out at 17 from my bedroom in Derby with the idea. I had no business connections, no experience but a drive and passion to change the way students heard about and had access to opportunities. I started from nothing but an idea in school which has grown to become one of the UK’s largest student networks.

Having had almost 10 years’ experience in the student recruitment industry many students, schools, and employers look to us an authoritative figure in navigating this market.

Why do you deserve Lord Sugar's investment?

After running my company for almost 10 years on my own, it is time for me to look for a seasoned business professional to help me scale and take my company to the next level. There is still a lot for me to learn and getting mentored and supported from Lord Sugar would be incredible.

The investment would be a life-changing amount of cash injected to my company for us to scale and grow into different markets and develop new products.

How would those who know you best describe you?

I think a few things people would describe me as are; full of life, my blue sky and entrepreneurial thinking and that I always see the best in people. Being in the business of helping students navigate the job market, I would say that at my core I’m deeply passionate about helping students no matter their background to secure the very best opportunities when they leave school/college. My whole brand and business has been built around community, giving back and opportunity.

Georgina Newton

Actress and Events Manager

East London

Leading with kindness and determined to sprinkle some fairy dust into the boardroom, Georgina needs Lord Sugar’s investment to take classic fairy tale stories and pantomimes on the road. Will Lord Sugar give her the leading role, or will she be shown the stage door?

What is your business plan?

My business plan is a touring theatrical production company specialising in the magic of pantomime, I want to take classic fairy tale stories on the road and make theatre accessible to everyone. The idea is to convert a large truck into a fully functioning theatre that travels around the UK bringing magic to everyone, no matter where they are. Think hospital car parks, care homes, private events and festivals.

Pantomime is so special to me, I perform every Christmas professionally in panto whilst taking holiday from my main job. My number one goal is to be able to do what I love every day and not just at Christmas.

What makes you a unique candidate?

I have this magic to my personality, this sunshine that brightens up a room and turns any negative situation into something positive. I manage to bring out the best in those around me by lifting them, building confidence, making people smile and making sure everyone knows that they are enough just as they are.

All anyone needs is to believe that they can do anything! I am a leader that always leads with kindness, and I truly don’t think anyone like me has ever been a part of the process.

Why do you deserve Lord Sugar's investment?

If there’s anything I'm familiar with in my career so far, it’s rejection. I’ve been told “no” thousands of times, “you aren’t quite right,” “you don’t quite fit.” Every “no” I've had has never stopped me, I've not let it bring me down, I've used that “no” to springboard myself forward into doing something more amazing than the last!

Not only am I driven, charismatic, great at sales, great with people of all ages, resilient, sharp witted and brave, but I am also kind, empathetic and lead with integrity. I believe there should be more kind people paving the way in business and that’s what I am here to do.

How would those who know you best describe you?

My closest friends would say that I feel like sunshine, that I’m far too positive, my glass is always half full, with a magic way of manifesting happily ever after. Professionally, I’m described as an over achiever, someone who goes the extra mile, switched on, attentive.

When it comes to performing in pantomime, I guess some would say I always know my lines, that I have great comic timing, great energy and that I always look like I adore my work, which I do, I really do. Pantomime is the heart and soul of theatre.

Harry Clough

Financial Sales Manager

Battersea, London

Harry’s business Makemyday is a free food and drinks subscription box. He’s hoping Lord Sugar will make his day and hand him the £250,000 investment.

What is your business plan?

My business is Makemyday, a free food and drinks subscription box. The customer will receive one box every month, for free. After signing up and answering a few questions, the customer will receive a free box each month with products chosen for them. It’s the opportunity for people to try new things and find their favourite food and drink products.

It’s the ultimate marketing tool for a food or drink brand. They pay to be included and can target their key audience, while our members enjoy trying lots of different products completely for free, all they have to do is fill out a questionnaire afterwards. For a brand, it is the most targeted marketing tool they can find, for our members it is the best way to try new things.

What makes you a unique candidate?

I may sound posh, but I’ve got no dosh and that’s why I’m here to make it. What makes me unique? I’m the perfect mix of serious ambition and self-aware humour. I take my work seriously but I never take myself too seriously. I’ve learned that a bit of personality goes a long way in business.

I’m creative, resilient, and not afraid to fail, in fact, I’ve probably failed more than most candidates. But every setback has taught me something new and made me sharper, tougher, and more determined to succeed.

Why do you deserve Lord Sugar's investment?

I deserve Lord Sugar’s investment because I’m bold, creative, and not afraid to take risks. I’ve failed more times than I can count, but every knock has made me tougher, smarter, and more determined to win. I don’t just think outside the box, I flip it over and turn it into a business idea.

I take my work seriously, but never myself, because personality sells as much as product. My hunger to make it on my own is exactly what drives me. I’m proof that you can be funny, fearless, and ambitious all at once and that’s exactly the kind of partner Lord Sugar needs.

How would those who know you best describe you?

It’s a very good question. I asked two of my best friends and they said “kind, hyper, generous, fit, hungry, loud and intense in a good way.” I hope they would also say ‘funny’, but they didn’t mention that at the time. In business I think it’s more along the lines of ‘creative, ambitious but just hasn’t quite made it yet.

Karishma Vijay

Owner, Beauty Brand

Ashford, Surrey

As the first businesswoman in her family, Karishma is eager to seek investment into her current skincare business. Karishma is hoping that Lord Sugar will think that her business is flawless.

What is your business plan?

I am seeking investment to elevate my current business “Kishkin - the Skincare Miracle” into a global obsession. Over-consumption has become a growing issue in beauty as people invest huge amounts into ineffective yet REALLY well-marketed products to achieve their dream skin with every new “viral product launch”, at the expense of their bank balance and skin barrier.

Kishkin is a skincare-infused beauty brand that creates powerful and potent products that simplify a lengthy trend-driven skincare routine and most supremely, work wonders - or as I like to say, miracles.

What makes you a unique candidate?

I’m here for the investment and to find a business partner, not as a fan. I’m likely the only candidate in The Apprentice history that has not been a committed viewer.

This may seem like a disadvantage due to having a limited idea of what to expect, but I don’t intend on being as predictable as the other candidates who have studied the process through and through. I come from generations of businessmen yet I’m the very first businesswoman of my bloodline - the black sheep. And I have every intention of winning this by being exactly who I am.

Why do you deserve Lord Sugar's investment?

I deserve Lord Sugar’s investment as I am a risk taker, like him. He invested a substantial amount of money into his first beauty venture and so have I with Kishkin. We both came from nothing and started from scratch. I have been supporting my whole family financially since I started earning and my life’s dream is to build my dad a home.

Kishkin is not just a business idea, this could change my family's future. I don’t come from money and where I come from girls don’t even step into the realm of business. This isn’t just for me, I’m trying to build a legacy.

How would those who know you best describe you?

I dream fearlessly and run towards what I want. I am selfless and I’m hugely protective over my people. I love it when people underestimate me because they always regret it. I don’t think twice about what people think of me, I know I was born to do something big in this life and I have no intention of being ordinary. My dad always says “my daughter puts her hand into dirt and pulls out pure gold.” He believes I have the ability to turn anything into a million-dollar venture, and that belief is why I’m here.

Kieran McCartney

Estate Agent

East London

Local London boy and man of his word Kieran, prides himself on always getting the deal done. Eager to get Lord Sugar’s investment for his own estate agency, Kieran can certainly talk the talk, but can he walk the walk?

What is your business plan?

For the past ten years, I’ve been matching people with their dream homes and negotiating like a pro. I know the property game inside out, the wins, the pressure, and the graft it takes to succeed. But now it's time to stop building someone else's business and start building my own.

With Lord Sugar's investment, I can put a decade of experience, hustle and personality into a venture that has my name written all over it and prove I'm worth every penny.

What makes you a unique candidate?

My 10 years as an estate agent have equipped me with a strong set of distinctive sales skills that truly make me stand out. My experience has taught me how to communicate effectively, understand clients’ needs, and tailor my approach to every situation.

This personalised style not only helps me close deals but also allows me to build long-lasting relationships. As a result, many of my clients return to me year after year, demonstrating the value of the trust and rapport I create.

Why do you deserve Lord Sugar's investment?

I have worked tirelessly over the years to build a strong and loyal client base, offering one of the best estate agency services in and around London. My dedication, experience, and reputation allow me to understand the market deeply and deliver exceptional results. Estate agents often suffer from a poor reputation, but together we can change that.

By combining my industry expertise with Lord Sugar’s guidance and resources, we can set a new standard for trust and professionalism.

How would those who know you best describe you?

People often describe me as a hungry, motivated, and super positive – a person who consistently goes above and beyond for his clients and his friends. I take pride in approaching every opportunity with enthusiasm, dedication, and a strong desire to grow.

Whether I am supporting a client, collaborating with a team, or contributing to community efforts, I bring a positive attitude and a willingness to put in the extra work. My commitment to building strong relationships and delivering exceptional results reflects the values I strive to embody every day, both personally and professionally.

Lawrence Rosenberg

Public Relations Specialist

Watford, Hertfordshire

Having already been recognised for his contributions to the public relations industry just three years into his career, Lawrence is keen to reinvent the industry for the modern era. Will Lawrence be able to convince Lord Sugar that his business is worth the investment?

What is your business plan?

My business plan is to reinvent public relations for the modern era, delivering smarter, faster, and more transparent PR through intelligent automation, without losing the human touch that drives meaningful media outcomes.

The plan is to supercharge PR professionals, not replace them, giving top talent the tools to do five times the work without burning out or getting bogged down in admin.

What makes you a unique candidate?

I’m solid in some important areas for candidates – I’m quick when thinking on my feet, confident in pitches, and I enjoy using my people skills to get a good deal. Maybe that’s not unique, but I suppose everyone is in their own way, after all there’s never been a ‘me’ before.

Why do you deserve Lord Sugar's investment?

I don’t need Lord Sugar, Lord Sugar needs me…I’m obviously kidding - I’m not going to be that guy.

In all seriousness, my whole life, I’ve always been passionate about finding better ways to do things. I’ve already been recognised in PRWeek's 30 under 30 for my contributions to the industry, and since the introduction of AI, I’ve looked for ways to transform public relations, delivering faster, targeted, and more impactful results for clients that make a real difference to their businesses.

PR is one of the only major sectors that hasn’t undergone a meaningful tech-led transformation, and I believe it’s essential that the person leading this revolution focuses on improving people’s jobs, not eliminating them altogether. PR is about people, and I’m passionate about preserving that.

My business plan isn’t just about building a successful company; it’s about transforming an industry for the better and bringing it into the 21st Century. If Lord Sugar can see my vision, then I’d love to have him on board.

How would those who know you

best describe you?

The kindest thing anyone has ever said to me was by my wife, who told me a while back, “nobody’s ever a stranger to you."

I asked her what she meant, and she told me that to everyone I meet, I treat them like I’ve known them my whole life. I do think the world has lost a lot of perspective, and being able to treat everyone like a friend goes a long way.

Ultimately, people prefer to do business with friends they trust. Nobody likes a transactional corporate robot, which is why authenticity is the best recipe - not just in business, but in general life too.

Levi Hague

Former RAF Gunner and HGV Driver

Doncaster, South Yorkshire

Former RAF Gunner and current HGV driver Levi knows what hard work looks like and is looking to leave a lasting impression on Lord Sugar with personalised pet cremation urns. Is Levi going round in circles, or do all roads lead to Lord Sugar?

What is your business plan?

My business, Living Forever Memories Ltd, specialises in personalised pet cremation urns, offering custom-engraved designs. Each urn is crafted with care to help families honour their pets in a truly meaningful way. I plan to scale production, expand into the pet cremation service sector, and establish Living Forever Memories as a globally recognised brand within the cremation industry.

What makes you a unique candidate?

People say I’m a man who’s lived a thousand lives, from a tough upbringing to serving in the RAF and now building a business that started from my spare room into a nationally recognised brand. I’ve been told I’d never make it in life, but every challenge and every doubt has only driven me to prove people wrong.

Those experiences have built resilience, discipline, and compassion, qualities that define both me and my business. I’m not just in this to succeed - I’m in this to show that anyone can turn pain into purpose.

Why do you deserve Lord Sugar's investment?

This once-in-a-lifetime opportunity hasn’t just arisen for me, but for Lord Sugar too. Living Forever Memories is built on compassion and innovation, operating in a niche with huge potential that no one else has tapped into. My business has already proven demand across the UK and internationally, and by partnering with Lord Sugar, we can take it to the next level.

Together, we can build something extraordinary - a business that helps families heal, creates a global legacy, and becomes one of The Apprentice’s greatest success stories.

How would those who know you best describe you?

People who know me would say I’m loyal, grounded, and dependable. Someone who always shows up and gives everything. I’m a family man through and through; everything I do is to build a better future for them. I’m passionate about what I do, driven to succeed, and never afraid of hard work.

They’d also say I’ve got a big heart, a strong mind, and the discipline to turn goals into results. I’m a motivated person who wants to create generational success and inspire others to chase their dreams too.

Marcus Donkoh

Owner, Barbershop

South London

Mixing business with pleasure, Marcus is looking to scale his fully established barber shop into a global grooming and lifestyle conglomerate. He is hoping to win over Lord Sugar with his sharp business skills to prove he’s a cut above the rest.

What is your business plan?

My plan is to scale my business, Mavade, into the first global grooming and lifestyle conglomerate, building a network of premium barbershops that redefines men’s grooming, driven by recurring revenue, low cost expansion, and strong brand equity. The model is proven, scalable and backed by a clear roadmap for London, the UK, New York, Dubai and Tokyo.

What makes you a unique candidate?

I built Mavade from cutting hair in my mum’s home to becoming one of the South London's Top barber shops. I understand branding, operations and scale, and I’ve created a model that blends grooming, tech, education and lifestyle into one system. I’m not guessing my way through business. I’m proven, battle tested and I operate with long term vision. I know how to lead, innovate and build from nothing.

Why do you deserve Lord Sugar's investment?

I’ve already built a profitable, award-winning brand with clear pathways to national and global expansion. The economics of my model are strong, fit out costs are significantly lower than industry averages and therefore I know I can make this a success. I bring discipline, strategic clarity and a brand that is ready to scale.

How would those who know you best describe you?

People describe me as driven, strategic and focused. I’m calm under pressure, relentless when pursuing a goal, and committed to excellence in everything I do. I’m a natural leader who brings people together, builds systems, and finds solutions quickly.

They know I don’t quit, I don’t panic, and I always find a way forward. I also love a bit of banter from time to time. All work and no play will ruin Marcus' day!

Megan Ruiter

Owner, Online Women's Clothing Brand

Wirral

Ambitious owner of her own clothing brand, Megan has made bespoke clothes for a host of famous faces. Now looking for investment in her clothing brand, Megan is hoping that Lord Sugar can help tailor her success.

What is your business plan?

My current business is a bespoke womenswear clothing brand, Ruiter, which allows all customers to modify our designs online so that they suit their own personal style preferences.

Whether that be a shorter or longer version, with or without sleeves, different neckline options or different colours and fabrics. We are not a fast fashion brand where one size fits all, our bespoke feature allows customers to make all our designs their own, appealing to a wider demographic.

Our aim is to make our customers feel confident in every piece of Ruiter clothing and to create pieces that last a lifetime. With Lord Sugar’s investment, I can scale this brand and build on its successes.

What makes you a unique candidate?

I am such a hard worker, I currently own three successful businesses, and each business has taught me so many business and life lessons. I don't know what a 9-5 job is because my work life is 24/7.

I have such a strong desire to succeed in life as a well-established businesswoman and I am currently on a mission to achieve that dream goal for myself. I have no ‘off’ button, it's always go, go, go.

Why do you deserve Lord Sugar's investment?

I deserve Lord Sugar’s investment because I am such a hardworking person and have been from such a young age. During university most students were out partying whilst I was at home teaching myself to sew and starting my own clothing business. Whenever I reach a goal in life, I am already working on how to achieve the next goal set.

I always give everything my absolute all because when my work life is thriving that is when I feel most content within my personal life too. Plus, I think myself and Lord Sugar would make a great team together.

How would those who know you best describe you?

People often describe me as very hard working and extremely organised. I am a very positive person and even won an award in school for ‘Little Miss Sunshine’ - for always making everyone smile around me.

However, if you were to ask my boyfriend how he would describe me, I am pretty sure he would say bossy. I like things done my way, because I know they will get done.

Nikki Jetha

Mortgage Broker

Hornchurch, Essex

Mortgage broker Nikki is simplifying the mortgage process brick by brick and hoping to build a business that streamlines the mortgage industry. Can Nikki lay the foundations for a winning investment?

What is your business plan?

Through Mortgages by Nikki, the plan is to simplify what is often seen as a complex and intimidating process by combining clear advice, strong lender knowledge and consistent educational content across social media.

I want to take the fear out of mortgages with a digital-first mortgage brokerage offering radically transparent, expert-led advice to underserved buyers and home movers in the UK. The core customer journey, services and interactions are delivered through digital platforms rather than your traditional face to face.

Long term, the business scales through increased lead generation, repeat clients, referrals and potential expansion into a small team or digital products that support clients who need a mortgage.

What makes you a unique candidate?

In just four years I went from knowing nothing about my industry to opening my own company and working as a self-employed mortgage advisor. I’ve given my all to make my business a success, throwing everything at it – including during my pregnancies. Today I regard myself as one of the top mortgage advisors in the UK.

I ooze charisma, am a master negotiator and the level of my ambition makes me unstoppable. My role model is Kim Kardashian, she is a powerhouse and a mum like myself but is able to manage a demanding career whilst raising her children. She has redefined what is to be a modern-day businesswoman proving that you can be glamourous, family orientated and the complete boss all at once. You can have it all.

Why do you deserve Lord Sugar's investment?

I deserve the investment because I embody the resilience, determination and work ethic that align perfectly with Lord Sugar’s no-nonsense approach to business. No matter what challenges I’ve faced, my focus on business has never wavered. I’m one of the top advisors in my company, a position I didn’t achieve by luck but through relentless hard work, strategic thinking and an unshakable drive to be the best.

Even during some of life’s biggest challenges, I never stopped working, never lost momentum, and never made excuses. I continued to push forward, proving that no obstacle is big enough to slow me down. Lord Sugar is looking for someone who won’t just talk the talk but will outwork, outlast, and outperform the competition. I don’t just have the numbers to back me up; I have the mindset, resilience and determination that separate winners from the rest.

How would those who know you best describe you?

Those who know me best would describe me as approachable, energetic and easy to work with; someone who doesn’t take herself too seriously until it comes to business. I bring warmth and personality into everything I do, but behind the friendly exterior is a focused, disciplined operator who thrives under pressure.

I adapt quickly, take feedback on board and stay calm when things get intense. I’m results driven, resilient and trusted to deliver when it matters most. There’s substance behind the smile and with me, there’s always more than meets the eye.

Pascha Myhill

Recruitment Consultant

Reading, Berkshire

Horse rider Pascha is keen to make strides in recruitment, looking for Lord Sugar’s investment into a private healthcare recruitment company. Pascha is hoping she gallops towards victory.

What is your business plan?

A recruitment company within private healthcare, focusing on supplying experienced, compliant, and compassionate professionals to private nursing homes, care homes, supported living services, and domiciliary care providers and nurseries within the UK.

What makes you a unique candidate?

At 21 I bring a fresh and driven approach to the private care recruitment industry. I have the energy, ambition, and real understanding of what both care providers and staff need to succeed.

My goal isn’t to follow the same path as traditional recruiters who chase numbers, I want to build a business that focuses on quality, compassion, and compliance. I know how demanding the care sector can be, and I’m passionate about creating a service that genuinely supports care homes and the people who work within them. Being young gives me an advantage, I’m adaptable, ambitious, and ready to do things differently.

With Lord Sugar’s investment and guidance, I believe we can grow something powerful together, an organisation that sets new standards and builds an empire in care recruitment.

Why do you deserve Lord Sugar's investment?

I deserve Lord Sugar’s investment because I truly want this, not just for me but for the care and recruitment industry as a whole. I’m 21, full of passion and grit, and I’ve never been more determined to build something meaningful.

This isn’t just a business idea for me, it’s my chance to make a real difference, helping care homes and nurseries and staff while building a strong, successful company. I’m willing to work harder than anyone, learn from every challenge, and do whatever it takes to make this succeed.

With Lord Sugar’s support and guidance, I know I can turn my vision into a thriving, industry-leading business, and I won’t stop until it’s done.

How would those who know you best describe you?

I am a free thinker, not always following the usual rules, but it keeps me original. I’m witty, often saying the most random things, without a filter! But when I believe in something, my passion and determination is unstoppable.

I throw myself fully into everything that I care about and I’m always ready to take on a challenge, no matter how unexpected.

Priyesh Bathia

Global Account Manager

Harrow, London

Knowing how to work hard and play hard, Priyesh is determined to scale a small mobile cocktail brand into a scalable national brand. Will Priyesh be toasting to victory with Lord Sugar’s investment?

What is your business plan?

My business plan is to transform Boozy Bar, a small mobile cocktail bar business, into a scalable national brand. I would also like to develop a Ready-to-Drink (RTD) cocktail and mocktail product line to be launched on supermarket shelves, inspired by flavours from Asia and the success of BuzzBallz.

We are not just another mobile bar or another RTD drink, but a fusion of both with a focus on customisation, providing unique cocktails and mocktails high-end experiences, and cultural relevance that sets us apart from all competitors for all types of events.

What makes you a unique candidate?

I’m the perfect mix of charm and hustle who’s confident, quick-thinking, and not afraid to get stuck in. I bring ideas, energy, and a bit of cheek, which means I don’t just talk the talk, I make things happen. I’m the type who’ll win over a room with my cheeky smile, get results, and still have everyone laughing by the end and won’t go down without a fight.

Lord Sugar’s looking for someone who stands out, and I do, every single time and let’s be honest, that’s basically my brand.

Why do you deserve Lord Sugar's investment?

With the investment and Lord Sugar’s know - how, Boozy Bar can pivot into a high-growth business. This dual model will create multiple revenue streams, smoothing out seasonality and vastly increasing the addressable market. Boozy Bar uniquely bridges the gap between the live experience (on-trade) and retail product (off-trade).

We are not just another mobile bar or another RTD drink, but a fusion of both with a focus on customisation, providing unique experiences that sets us apart from all competitors for all types of events.

How would those who know you best describe you?

People describe me as the life of the party, the cheeky crazy fun one who’s always loud and up for a laugh and probably the last to leave. Someone who brings positivity and good vibes wherever I go.

They’d describe me as a total foodie who’s loves to order everything off the menu and is always on the hunt for new pubs and bars. Known for speaking my mind (sometimes a little too much), but luckily, the cheeky smile makes up for it!

Rajan Gill

Pharmaceutical Sales Specialist

Medway, Kent

A strong believer in creating his own luck, Rajan is hoping he can build a winning case to Lord Sugar with his AV installations business which focuses on mounting TVs and building bespoke media walls.

What is your business plan?

My business, AV Installations focuses on mounting TV’s and building bespoke media walls targeting mainly new build homes. I want these features built in from the start.

Developers can offer media walls, TV mounting, and panelling as optional upgrades - just like flooring or kitchen choices, giving buyers a high-value modern spec while keeping installation faster, cleaner and efficient.

What makes you a unique candidate?

I don’t believe in “luck” — you create your own luck in life. I’ve been in Private Equity, Bio-Pharmaceuticals, the fast- food industry, and I’ve stood on a freezing construction site at 5am in steel toe caps getting it done. I’ve seen both sides of business: the boardroom and the physical graft.

I create my own outcomes, and throughout this show I’ll prove it. If no one listens, I’ll make them. In the boardroom you don’t wait to be heard — you take the room and make sure no one forgets your name.

Why do you deserve Lord Sugar's investment?

The first rule in business is you invest in the individual — and I’m exactly that individual. I have a proven track record running multiple businesses, I outwork everyone in the room, and “no” simply isn’t an option for me. Media walls and TV mounting aren’t a passing TikTok trend; they’re the new standard in modern homes.

I’m leading the shift by making premium, safe, and visually striking setups accessible to every homeowner without the inflated price tag. The demand is exploding, the market is wide open, and with investment, I will scale this into the dominant brand in the industry.

How would those who know you best describe you?

People who know me would say I’m the person who always shows up — whether it’s 5am or 5pm, if someone needs help, I’m there, even when I’m exhausted or stretched thin. I’m concise in how I work, I don’t waste time or words, and I push for the best because I genuinely want to make people’s lives easier.

I’m fiercely competitive, but I’m also calm under pressure and naturally chatty once you get to know me. I stay level-headed, even when things can take a turn. Above all, people know they can rely on me — I show up, I care, and I deliver.

Rothna Akhtar

Student Wellbeing Adviser

East London

Keen to bring people together, Rothna mixes wellbeing with the cake industry in her business plan to design a space where shared experience meets exceptional cakes. Will Lord Sugar want a slice of the business?

What is your business plan?

My business plan is to expand my part-time business, Rothna’s Bakery, into a threefold physical space. It combines bespoke occasion cakes, interactive baking workshops and a personalised cake bar station.

Whether you’re after a cake for a special occasion, want to replace pottery painting with bento decorating, or simply want to craft your own cake flavours, my business is where it’s at. Need a self-care day? This is your new favourite escape.

What makes you a unique candidate?

Part-time baking has taught me to have attention to detail in both cakes and life, whilst my wellbeing job has allowed me to read people instantly – a combination Lord Sugar has never seen. There’s a perception that business requires being cut-throat. I don’t buy it. You can make firm and brutal decisions but still operate with integrity.

I’m never afraid to stand out in a room (and I’ve stood out for obvious reasons), and I believe I deserve a place at the table. I can hold my own, stay resilient under pressure and confront entitled people where necessary.

Why do you deserve Lord Sugar's investment?

My business plan will revolutionise the cake and experience industry. It combines my love of baking and wellbeing by offering a calming, creative space where people can decorate cakes or craft their own flavours. It promotes wellness, making it a worthwhile investment.

Nothing in life comes easy and I’m ready to take every necessary detour – because I believe if it doesn’t challenge you, it will never change you. I’ve got a solid plan and I’m not afraid to work hard. With Lord Sugar’s backing, we could build a fresh, inspiring brand that makes everyone’s life just that bit sweeter.

How would those who know you best describe you?

They would say I’m caring, protective of others and extremely self-aware. I’m my own toughest critic, spotting flaws before anyone else does, which keeps me prepared. But most of all, they would say I’m fiercely loyal – both in life and in business. However, my kindness should never be taken for weakness, as I won’t let anything get in my way that limits my potential.

My family would describe me as their go-to person in their time of need. I guess you could say when it comes to getting the job done, I’m the icing on the cake.

The trust, engagement, and proven sales I’ve built show a real demand for honest, effective products created with intention. With a loyal customer base and a range rooted in integrity and innovation, I’m ready for growth, retail expansion, and global impact.

Partnering with me means driving real transformation and shaping a lasting legacy in beauty and wellness.

How would those who know you best describe you?

Those who know me best would describe me as extremely motivated, ambitious, and endlessly driven. I’m always achieving, building, and moving on to the next project, whether that’s starting or scaling a business, or advancing my career in healthcare. I have a taste for the finer things and a vibrant, extroverted energy, yet I’m deeply self-aware, valuing balance, focus, and wellbeing.

My friends call me a fiery, sassy chilli-pepper pocket rocket, charismatic, caring, unafraid of risks, and never embarrassed to be my goofy, authentic self. Fun, determined, and a powerhouse, I bring energy and vision to everything I do.
