When her advances towards Nicky keep getting brushed off, Gabby becomes frustrated and finally ignites a spark with Nicky when she asks him to zip up her dress. Knowing his eyes are all over her, Gabby is pleased to finally be getting somewhere.
Realising her position as his boss is making him reluctant to start something with her, Gabby temporarily fires him so they can have their fun, but he's unimpressed and she's left floundering when Nicky quits instead.
