When Simon starts his new job at the factory, him and Jacob spot someone stealing the factory van and race over to apprehend the thief. And as the pair bask in their glory, Leanne’s wounded to see them acting so matey.
Meanwhile, Jacob’s hailed by Damon, his dad who is just passing through and called to say a quick hello. Unimpressed, Jacob bitterly sends him on his way, desperate to get rid of his dad.
But why is Jacob so intent on having nothing to do with Damon? What exactly is Damon’s background and why has he suddenly appeared in Weatherfield? And should Nick and Leanne also be watching their backs once more?
