Fretting over finding her friend, a concerned Addison leans on Clint for support, who himself continues to brave face after Addison moves in with her mother.

With undeniable chemistry, Jane and Clint continue to step around where things will go next between them.

But when Jane asks Clint to attend an event with her and fails to proudly confirm it as a date, Clint grows frustrated and excuses himself from the party, leaving Jane to pick up the pieces.
