Will he be found guilty? And will Nicola find out about the kiss?
Despite Nicola thinking that Jimmy’s first day in court has gone well, Jimmy is shaken by the experience. With Jimmy still determined to prepare himself for the worst, Nicola worries that he’s given up.
The next day, Jimmy is overcome with guilt and gratitude after Mandy reads him the speech she's prepared for the judge, and he clumsily leans in for a kiss! Mandy returns the kiss before they spring apart. Mortified, Jimmy is instantly apologetic.
Later, Nicola tries to make Jimmy see that his flustered testimony on the stand was that of an honest man, not a practised liar. But feeling guilty over his kiss with Mandy, Jimmy is in turmoil and rejects her positivity, and goes to pack for prison.
Will Jimmy be found guilty? And what does his future with Nicola hold?
