But who was responsible?

 28 MARCH - 3 APRIL

As Kim prepares to go to the Dingles, Graham doubts it’s a good idea, but she remains resolute. And as The Dingles prepare for Kim’s arrival, Lydia is adamant this dinner is supposed to build bridges.

Despite a rocky start, things seem to take a more positive turn until Kim starts to choke before suddenly collapsing. Everyone panics as Cain and Liam lift unconscious Kim to take her to the hospital.

The Dingles are left eyeing each other warily as fingers start to get pointed to figure out what happened to Kim.

At the hospital, Graham is left suspicious of foul play after Jacob reveals Kim’s symptoms line up with severe mushroom poisoning.

With the suspects gathered in the Woolpack Backroom, Cain and Caleb are quickly at each other's throats, and Graham arrives to reveal that the doctors suspect it was the mushrooms.

As all eyes fall on Sam, Cain feels utterly betrayed when Sam reveals that Cain told him where to go to forage for them and admits he thinks Cain could have tried to kill Kim.

When Joe goes to Kim’s side, she’s quick to accuse him of crocodile tears. Annoyed by Kim’s accusation, Joe sincerely guarantees Kim he had nothing to do with her poisoning, leaving her uncertain.

Emmerdale continues Monday to Friday at 8pm on ITV1 with first look episodes available from 7am on ITVX
