Kim hires Ross as "Director of Operations" aka Security, to strengthen her position against Graham. And this new alliance immediately creates friction as when Graham warns Ross away from Dawn, Ross boasts about being Kim's "extra muscle."

Meanwhile, Dawn presses Kim on whether she still has feelings for Graham or not.

Later, Chas and Kim form an unlikely bond over a couple of drinks.
