A visit from the estate agents to tell them that they’re selling the house sends Peri spiralling. As Ste confronts Trish, she isn’t any help at all, but James offers to help.
Locating the tenancy agreement for his home, Ste gives it to James but it's not good news. As James comes up with an idea, it all seems back on track until they’re hit with another blow.
Luckily, Leela shows up with an announcement. But with Leela not sure if James is the best fit for her brother, Ste invites her out for lunch at The Dog, so she can get to know him better, How will it go?
