Linda hides her struggles after Elaine treats her so carelessly in EastEnders

Can Phil make Elaine realise what she's doing?

 14-20 JUNE

As the drinks start flowing at Elaine's party, Kim, Mo, Priya, Denise, Honey and Yolande join in and as the night gets steadily messier, Elaine shocks Linda by declaring the prosecco is on the house all night.

Meanwhile, Phil and Nigel pop in for a drink and Phil notices how much Linda is struggling with doing to bar alone so ends up helping her out.

Later, a tipsy Elaine offers to book Priya a singles cruise and she can pay her back later. Linda is horrified to see £5k leave the business account but when she confronts Elaine, she dismisses her. 

The following day, Elaine wakes up with a vicious hangover and refuses to engage with Linda, who is still reeling at her decision to book Priya on the cruise.

Back at The Vic, Phil realises just how much Linda is struggling to cope with the pressure and later chastises Elaine for treating Linda so carelessly. But when Elaine tries to talk to Linda, she continues to downplay her true feelings of overwhelm.
