Linda seeks comfort from Max amid rift with Johnny in EastEnders

But is she in for a shock?

With Johnny still distant with her, an upset Linda prepares to celebrate Mother’s Day in The Vic, but things soon go from bad to worse when she’s forced to invite Bea, and Max arrives, having been evicted from No.45, and shares cross words with Linda.

Later, Max makes an effort with Linda and apologises for his previous actions. And when Linda asks Max to spend the day with her and Annie, Max gladly accepts.

As Linda praises Max for being a good dad, the pair grow closer when Max steps up to support her with Johnny after he dismisses her in the Square.

Later, after Elaine tells her that Max is at The Albert having a drink, Linda heads to find him, but is shocked by what she discovers!
