Line-up revealed for the third series of Prime Video's Last One Laughing

Including series one runner-up Richard Ayoade and Roisin Conaty!

Prime Video has revealed the line-up for the third series of Last One Laughing, with Jimmy Carr returning as host as a fresh group of British comics fight for the Last One Laughing trophy.

The new line-up includes Lee Mack, Katherine Ryan, Harry Hill, Katherine Parkinson, Michelle de Swarte, Jon Richardson, Morgana Robinson, Josh Jones, and fan-favourite Richard Ayoade, who will re-enter the room after narrowly missing out on the trophy in the inaugural series.

Plus, for this third series, Roisin Conaty swaps out the comfort of Jimmy’s control room to enter as a contestant. But fear not, Jimmy is not without a deputy, as Series 2’s Mel Giedroyc returns to the Last One Laughing house, but this time in the control room.

They'll each be challenged to spend the day together without so much as a titter. The rules are simple: laugh, and you're out.

Over the course of the series, they will use every ounce of their comedic talents to try and break their opponents without cracking up themselves. And it's not just their rivals they need to watch out for, as the series is packed with comedy cameos, format twists and surprises designed to lure laughs from both the players and the viewers.

It's another stellar line-up of British comedy talent, but who will be crowned the winner of Last One Laughing series three?
