Upset, who does Linda call?
Sharing a play date with Abi and Ollie, Linda and Max are surprised to see Mick home, with a bruised eye. When Max leaves, Linda asks for the truth, with Mick claiming he was mugged.
Seemingly back to his old self, Mick takes Linda to dinner and covers his surprise when Max talks about helping Linda with her new business venture. But no matter how hard Mick tries to pretend that everything is fine, it's clearly not as the second they arrive home Mick pretends to be asleep so that he can avoid Linda.
Later, Tina is pleased to see Mick and tells him she has a plan and she’s going to make it up to him.
Having made Ollie a costume for the Lucy Beale application, Linda doubts she’ll win but Max told her she may as well try. Whilst Mick feigns being happy and supportive. After upsetting her again, Linda makes a call. But who to?
Needing to talk, Mick calls Katy and confides that seeing her has taken him back to his childhood feeling lost and confused. Opening up to her, Mick tells her how desperate he has become.
