Moira is charged with double murder in Emmerdale

What will happen when Cain visits her in prison?

Moira and Cain are shocked to be arrested for murder in front of their children.

At the Police Station, Cain remains tight-lipped throughout his interview, whilst throughout hers, Moira maintains she was set up by Celia.

But when DS Walsh reveals that one of the bodies was Celia, Moira is stunned and begins to panic when she realises the sheer amount of evidence stacked against her.

Whilst Cain is released without charge, after speaking to his solicitor, Caleb relays the devastating information that one of the bodies was shrouded in Moira's blanket, causing a raging Cain to refuse to return home without his wife.

The ordeal culminates when DS Walsh reveals Moira’s DNA was found on the blanket Anya was buried in, and Moira is gobsmacked to be charged with both Celia and Anya's murders.

Chas, Cain, and Caleb are devastated to see Moira being carted off to a police car as she tells Cain she’s been charged with double murder.

When Cain visits Moira in prison, she enters sporting a black eye, leaving him visibly thrown and anxious.
