Ryan Sampson and Danny Dyer are back as estranged brothers Glen and Lee!
Sky has today announced that Mr Bigstuff will be returning to Sky Max for a second series after the show becomes Sky's new comedy in three years, following its recent launch in July. Which means we WILL get an answer to THAT series one cliffhanger!
Mr Bigstuff was created and written by Ryan Sampson, who stars as carpet salesman Glen, who faces chaos when his estranged brother Lee, played by Danny Dyer, turns up unexpectedly and starts to disrupt his ideal suburban life.
Returning alongside Ryan Sampson and Danny Dyer will be Harriet Webb as Glen’s down-on-her-luck but loveable fiancée, Kirsty with further cast to be announced.
Filming will start later this year in London and Essex and speaking about today's news, Ryan Sampson said "Mr BigStuff series 2: filthy secrets, dirty lies. Someone’s gonna have to come clean."
Mr Bigstuff will be created and authored by Ryan Sampson, with Hayley Sterling producing for Sky Studio. It'll be executive produced by Anil Gupta and Jon Mountague for Sky Studios, Tom Miller and Sam Myer for Water & Power Productions.
