Rufus refuses to renegotiate a new deal with Stephen as Carla returns to work in Corrie

What will Stephen do next?

After Elaine reminds him that in order for them to buy a house together, the solicitor needs proof of funds and Michael reveals that he’s promised the girls an even bigger bonus off the back of the new deal, Stephen masks his fury and calls Rufus in a bid to try and renegotiate.

But when Rufus refuses, what will Stephen do?

Later in the week, Carla returns from the clinic and forgives an apologetic Paul for the compensation claim. And when Michael calls to see Stephen and puts forward his case for a cut of the profits, it's clear that Stephen isn’t listening, distracted by the arrival of Carla.
